| Boston will have 56 food trucks in 2013! |
Hard to believe when the city is covered in snow, but it's true.
The explosion of food trucks in Boston over the past 3 years (from zero trucks in 2010) means more and more people are eating from trucks. That means more and more people are dreaming about starting up trucks of their own.
Clover Food Lab is teaming up with top food truck operators, urban planning scholars, City of Boston officials, and culinary anthropologists for an ambitious event that aims to connect food truck operators, share lessons, and discuss the direction of street food in our cities.
